Millennium Martial Arts is an Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do School. Taekwondo is one of the most systematic and scientific Korean traditional martial arts, that teaches more than physical fighting skills. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our life through training the body and mind. Today, it has become a global sport that has gained an international reputation, and stands among the official games in the Olympics.

We pride ourselves as being a Life Skills training center (emphasizing a curriculum of Respect, Courtesy, Modesty, Discipline, Self Control, Perseverance, Achievement and Indomitable Spirit) as well as a sport training center (emphasizing cardio and core fitness by the way of pushups, sit ups, kicks, punches, drills, bag and pad work, sparring & poomsae. Tae Kwon Do is an art of self defense as well and we have added Reality Self Defense tactics and scenarios through seminars to broaden our curriculum and to meet today's needs!

Our CLASSES are oriented for youth ages 4-6 our KID TIGERS, YOUTH ages 7-10, CADETS ages 11-14, TEENS & ADULTS 15 and up. We also offer Birthday Parties, Self Defense seminars, Private Lessons, Parents Night Outs. Our training for the journey to Black Belt is skill and merit based, it is earned. When our students earn the level of Black Belt they also earn official Kukkiwon Dan/Poom Certifications from Korea.
